Founder Dale Christenson created the surfboard repair kit line Ding All Surfing Products as a class project at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, in 1985. The company went on to produce other lines, including Sun Cure and Nose Cone. Today, The Surf Source is based in Atlantic Beach, Florida, and serves both the manufacturing and retail sides of the surfing market with distributors in the U.S. and around the world.
